What is a domain name?

I've heard of other companies offering "deluxe" Websites for eCommerce.  How is the aplusgarages.com package different?

The simple "homepages" offered by other companies are just that, and nothing more. With other companies you are buying a static product that requires additional money for making any change. They charge you anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand dollars just to create your site and that doesn't include a shopping cart, an ecommerce package and the ability to easily make changes to your site.  In addition, you'll have to pay another company to host your site, and this service alone could cost you from $25-$50 per month for basic hosting alone with no added ecommerce features.

EZWebCentral offers a shopping cart with each package, how will an online shopping cart help me market my products?

Our shopping cart software allows you to easily add products with pictures and descriptions to a searchable database that your customers can browse through.  Your customers can use the shopping cart to select multiple products and purchase them using credit cards or other methods of payment (i.e.  checks, money orders, COD, etc.).  If you already have a credit card system that allows real-time processing for your business, you may use that same credit card system to process your online transactions.  If you do not currently have a system to process credit cards then you may contact us about the procedures for setting up an online merchant account.

Do I have to sign any contracts with EZWebCentral?

No!  You do not have to sign up for a set period of time, however you do have to agree to our terms of service.  You may cancel whenever you want.  If you cancel before your first 30 days of service your first month's fees will be refunded and you get to keep your domain registration however your setup fee is not refundable. 

I know a good Website can help me reach millions of new prospective customers, but does it do me any good if they are far away, or possibly in another state?

Absolutely! Thanks to the World Wide Web, location is no longer your biggest obstacle to overcome. With email and the other interactive advances of the Internet, you can now communicate (for very little cost) with people outside of your own state (or even another country). If one of your existing customers should ever move out of town, wouldn't you want to retain their business? Of course you would. Do I have to learn any difficult Internet programming languages or new applications?

If you know HTML you can still use it to create your site but it's not at all necessary. If you can use a word processor, you can create and manage your own website!  When you sign up for the EZWebCentral package, you choose from one of many professional templates . Simply change the content to fit you business and you can have your own website running in less than an hour!

Can you setup my site for me and then show me how to maintain it?

Yes!  EZWebCentral also offers custom website design and creation.  Our experienced web design staff can create a site that fits your business needs.  After creating the site we can hand it over to you to maintain or we can even do that for you but our system is so easy anyone can maintain a site once it is completed!  We always train our clients in using the software before handing their site over to them and we are there with them through each step should they ever encounter a problem.  The price for this service depends on each individual project.  Please if you are interested in having us design your site for you.

What do I need in order to build and maintain a site on EZWebCentral?

To use the EZWebCentral services all you need is a PC-Compatible computer running Windows 95, 98, ME or 2000, Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher and a connection to the Internet through an Internet Service Provider.  We provide everything else.   

How will visitors find my website?

By placing your website address on all stationary, medical forms, business cards, brochures and advertising you will increase the use of your website. Turn your traditional advertising into a teaser, where your visitors can visit the website for additional information or detailed answers.
